1. Service Description
MaintenanceCalculator.com provides a SaaS application for preventive maintenance interval calculation and annual maintenance cost forecasting (the “SaaS Product”), digital product templates via the digital store (the “Store”), and a marketing and content website. The SaaS Product is available at app.maintenancecalculator.com; the Store and marketing content at maintenancecalculator.com.
2. Digital Product Purchase Terms
Digital products (Excel workbooks, PDF templates, PM checklists) are delivered via signed download link immediately upon payment confirmation. All digital product sales are final — no refunds on downloads unless the file is defective or corrupted, in which case a replacement will be provided within 24 hours upon request. Purchase mechanics are subject to Stripe's terms.
3. SaaS Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days. Rovaryn Digital reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Free trials are 14 days. No credit card is required to start a free trial.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) reverse-engineer or resell the service; (b) use the service to benchmark or compete with Rovaryn Digital; (c) upload malicious content or attempt to circumvent access controls; (d) share account credentials across organizations.
5. Data & Intellectual Property
Your asset data, PM history, and cost inputs belong to you. Rovaryn Digital retains the right to use aggregate, de-identified usage data for product improvement. The MaintenanceCalculator.com software, design, and content are the intellectual property of Rovaryn Digital Inc.
6. Data Retention Post-Cancellation
Active account data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation. PM history logs are retained for 5 years regardless of cancellation status to support OSHA/CSA compliance documentation requests.
7. Limitation of Liability
MaintenanceCalculator.com provides planning tools and calculations based on user inputs. Rovaryn Digital is not responsible for maintenance decisions made on the basis of tool outputs. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 3 months.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
