1. Data We Collect
- Marketing site: email addresses submitted via newsletter, waitlist, contact, and demo request forms; ROI calculator inputs (when email opt-in is used); blog page view analytics (Plausible — cookieless; GA4 if enabled — see Cookie Policy).
- Digital Store: buyer account (email + password), purchase records, download history.
- SaaS Product: organization profile, user profiles (name, email, role), equipment asset data (names, categories, PM intervals, cost inputs), PM history log (completion dates, technician names, notes), billing information (via Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
2. How We Use Data
- Delivering the service and product features.
- Sending transactional emails (purchase confirmations, team invitations, PM overdue reminders).
- Sending marketing emails to newsletter and waitlist subscribers (you may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email).
- Product analytics and improvement (aggregate, de-identified).
- Responding to support requests.
3. Third Parties
- Supabase (database and authentication hosting) — data processed in US/EU regions.
- Stripe (payment processing) — subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
- Vercel (hosting and edge network).
- Resend (transactional email delivery).
- Plausible (privacy-respecting web analytics — no cookies, no personal data).
- Google Analytics (GA4) — if enabled; see Cookie Policy for opt-out options.
- Sentry (error tracking — anonymized stack traces; no PII in payloads).

See our Cookie Policy for details. Plausible Analytics runs cookieless. GA4 (if enabled) sets _ga and _ga_* cookies.

- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (subject to PM history retention requirements — PM history logs retained 5 years for OSHA/CSA compliance).
