Maintenance Cost per Unit of Output Calculator takes maintenance cost, units produced and operating hours per line per month, and your own cost-per-unit target and returns maintenance cost per unit produced and per operating hour, by line and by month, against a target you set. Cost per Unit = maintenance cost ÷ units produced. Cost per Operating Hour = maintenance cost ÷ operating hours. Both are guarded on the denominator, so a month with no production reads blank rather than reporting a spectacular cost per unit.
